Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
Order processing for in-stock items typically takes 24 - 48 hours. If your item is backordered more than 5 days or requires special processing, you will be notified via email with details of product availability and additional time needed to process your order. Delivery times do not include Order Processing time.
Shipping Information
Shipping charges are the actual shipping charge. Some of the products listed on our web site do not have the correct weight listed which may cause an underestimation of the shipping. Shipping is calculated based upon the charges listed on the shipping vendors' web site, then charged to our customer along with product costs at the time of shipment. Shipping vendors also have residential delivery charges, which may also have to be added. If you have any questions, please email us at ABN Administration.
- We DO NOT ship on-line orders Overnight because of the possibility of fraud. If you need Overnight Service, please call us and we will arrange it.
- Priority orders must have been received before 12:00 PM Central Time or your order will NOT go out on the same day! Our shipping vendors quit taking overnight and priority shipments at 2:00 PM CDT.
- United States: All orders in the US are shipped via Federal Express and require a legal street address. This allows us to track all shipments very accurately. You will be advised of the tracking number when your order ships.
- Alaska & Hawaii: You also have the option of shipping United States Postal Service, Federal Express, or UPS.
- Armed Forces (APO/FPO): All orders to our brave men and women both in the US and overseas are shipped via United States Postal Service only. Length of time to receive your order depends upon Uncle Sam - you know how it goes. We ship often to our men and women all around the globe.
- Canadaian Orders: We ship Federal Express. You will be responsible for any incurred customs or duties.
- COD orders are NOT available!
- ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: We will require photo ID, and copy of the front and back of your credit card for international orders, and will only ship to the billing address listed on the credit card. International Orders are shipped Federal Express. You will be responsible for any incurred customs or duties.
- In Store Pick-Up: This option is available to local customers near our store in the Sioux Falls, South Dakota area only. You will see this option during checkout if you live in this area. Please call ahead so that we can have your order ready for pickup!

HOWEVER, WITH THE CONSTANTLY CHANGING LAWS, IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO SHIP ITEMS THAT YOU HAVE REQUESTED WITHOUT KNOWING YOUR CURRENT POSSESSION LAWS. YOU, THE CUSTOMER, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBEYING YOUR LOCAL LAWS! IF ANY OF THE ITEMS THAT YOU ORDER ARE NOT LEGAL FOR YOU TO POSSESS IN YOUR AREA, PLEASE RETURN THEM FOR A PROMPT REFUND!

Returns
- ABN Army Surplus Corp. will accept returns, for a Store Credit, within 30 days of purchase.
- A full credit, within 30 days of purchase, may sometimes be granted under special circumstances.
- Items with manufacturer defects will be accepted under the manufacturers warranty only.
- ABN Army Surplus Corp. will only be responsible for shipping on returns caused by our error.
- CALL AHEAD BEFORE RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE!
